On December 5, 2024, at the headquarters of Tokio Marine Insurance Vietnam Co., Ltd. (TMIV), a signing ceremony took place to formalize the partnership between TMIV and ESCS Technology Solutions JSC for the implementation of the "Claims Service Digitalization" project.

2024 marks the 28th anniversary of Tokio Marine Insurance Vietnam Co., Ltd. (TMIV) as a trusted partner, delivering Japan Quality non-life insurance solutions that protect clients and community against potential risks. In recent years, TMIV has focused on improving internal processes by digitizing data, streamlining policy issuance, adopting electronic signature systems, and fostering the development of digital talent to enhance customer service quality. The "Claims Digitalization Project” is a cornerstone of TMIV's customer-oriented strategy, aimed at optimizing the claims experience and ensuring seamless, efficient service for customers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Yasuhiro Takeda, General Director of Tokio Marine Vietnam, shared: “TMIV’s mission is to provide the safety and security to our customers through Japan Quality non-life insurance solutions and services. The claims process digitalization project is an important step towards our customer-centric approach, striving to enhance customer satisfaction by continuously improving the quality of our claims services. The collaboration with ESCS aims to build an advanced, user-friendly online claims system that simplifies processes while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and quick claim settlements. This project is not only about applying technological improvements in our business operations, but more importantly, it is an effort to serve customers better and strengthen customer trust.”

Digitalized Claims Process – Simple, Easy, Fast
With a passionate working spirit and a commitment to putting customers at the center, the project team members from TMIV and ESCS have continuously researched solutions that align with business characteristics, internal processes, and TMIV customers’ needs. The digitalization plan has been carefully developed to optimize the user experience.
The initial phase of the project focuses on digitizing the claims process for health insurance and motor insurance. Through an online electronic system and a mobile app with a user-friendly interface, customers, business officers, and partners such as TPA and healthcare facilities/hospitals can easily complete claims procedures quickly and conveniently with just a few simple steps. Furthermore, the claims payment process will be handled with exceptional speed, shortening timeframes and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Importantly, the system guarantees the highest level of personal data security, offering complete peace of mind.
