HOW WE DEAL
- Your complaints will be reviewed and resolved by our senior management. In case we need additional information, we will contact you within 7 working days from the date receiving your Complaint.We will respond to you with the outcome of the complaint handling no later than 14 working days from the last communication. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you and update you on the progress.
