Step 1
Notify TMIV / relevant Parties to Mitigate Loss
- Notify us or Settling Agents immediately of any occurrence which may produce a claim.
- Report to Police immediately (within 24 hours, if possible) in case of theft, burglary and/or malicious damage.
- Keep and record all the evidences of the incident/ loss.
- Take proper actions to mitigate the loss/ damage.
Step 2
Examine Cause & Extent of Loss
- Notify us or Settling Agents immediately of any occurrence which may produce a claim.

Step 3
Document your Claim
- Collect related documents for payments
