3 STEPS BEFORE PAYMENT INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

- Notice of claim to TMIV (by phone / email ) as soon as possible.
- Report to police immediately in case of theft, burglary or malicious action.
- (*) Make memorandum among all concerned parties and notify third party in case they cause damage.
- Take all practical and reasonable measures to mitigate the loss or damage and do not dispose the damaged properties.
- Take photos of the scene and the damage (if applicable).
- Work with insurance company and repairer to survey and assess the cause and extent of damage.
Collect and submit documents
- Complete claim forms and claim documents as per instruction from insurance company.
