We, Tokio Marine Insurance Vietnam Company Limited (“TMIV”), are grateful for your trust and continued support so far.

Currently, TMIV is concluding the insurance policies, quotation, and other related documents in the hard copy form with the wet signature of the authorized representative and the company’s stamp to send to you.

From 13th September 2021, TMIV has decided that the above-mentioned documents shall be made in the soft copy form, signed with the digital signature, and sent from our email domain (@tokiomarine.com.vn) or our application or trading platform to your email to ensure our uninterrupted business.

The documents to which this digital signature is applied are the original with full legal validity, comply with the regulations of the Law on Electronic Transactions and the guiding documents; the digital signature of TMIV has been certified and fully meet the legal conditions for digital signatures and digital signature certification.

However, we will still provide the document previously signed with the digital signature in the hard-copy form (with wet signature and company’s stamp) to you upon your request subject to our proper arrangement from time to time.
