Through the Zalo OA, Customers and Partners can easily follow and receive key information, including:
• Claims updates
• Claims procedures
• Updates on insurance regulations (if any)
• Information on value-added services (if any)
• Guidance on contacting TMIV via official channels such as Website/Hotline
(To ensure maximum data security, TMIV does not currently provide direct consultation via Zalo.)
