
NOTICE ON VAT INVOICE REQUIREMENTS UNDER DECREE 70/2025/ND-CP

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,
Pursuant to Decree 70/2025/NĐ-CP issued on March 20, 2025 (effective from June 1st, 2025), amending certain provisions of Decree 123/2020/NĐ-CP on invoices and records, we would like to inform you of the following:
From June 1st, 2025, customers are required to:
- Request a VAT invoice at the time of treatment or service use;
- Ensure the invoice includes the following information:
- Full name of the insured person (patient); Address that matches the medical record and Personal Identification Number (ID) or individual tax code.
- The VAT invoice is issued after the date of treatment, or
- The invoice lacks any of the required information as regulated
From July 1st, 2025 (based on the treatment date), TMIV will not be allowed to reimburse these costs if:
To ensure your insurance reimbursement, please collect the legally valid VAT invoice at the time the medical service is provided.
