ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE CHANGE OF ACTUARY OF TOKIO MARINE INSURANCE VIETNAM CO. LTD.

Based on the official approval of Ministry of Finance stated in the official letter No. 5767/BTC-QLBH dated 4/6/2024 approving the change of actuary, Tokio Marine Insurance Vietnam would like to announce:

Mr. Pham Manh Trung has replaced Mr. Allen Po Hsu Juang to be the appointed actuary of Tokio Marine Insurance Vietnam since 4/6/2024.
