Job description | I. ROLES
1. Lead the business in managing risks of all types including key risks such as strategic, operational and financial risks in accordance with the company’s Risk Management Framework:
3. Support the RCSA process, including regular review/ updates of the Risk Register. 4. Manage and monitor the Control Self-Assessment (CSA) program of the company. 5. Incident reviews, thematic reviews and business risk reviews as required throughout the year. 6. Prepare presentation packs and management reporting for both regular risk management meetings and ad hoc requests, i.e. regulatory/audit. 7. Secretariat duty / facilitate risk committee meetings with relevant risk information or analysis. 8. Work closely with regional risk team to ensure implementation of regional initiatives. 9. Provide analytical solutions to management to enhance the governance and operational compliance controls. 10. Other duties and assignments that may be instructed by the superior from time to time. III. REQUIREMENT:
- Assist TMIV in managing its key enterprise risks, enhancement of risk framework and strengthening the overall risk culture.
- Support the Management in the implementation of risk management framework and governance structures; monitor daily risk exposures and support reporting to top management / regulator / regional office.
1. Lead the business in managing risks of all types including key risks such as strategic, operational and financial risks in accordance with the company’s Risk Management Framework:
- Identify, analyse and understand each of the key risks at all levels of the company;
- Ensure that appropriate strategies and policies, and effective operating controls and other mitigates, are in place and operating effectively;
- Provide reliable and meaningful risk information (reporting) to decision makers;
- Ensure that there is adequate oversight of the risk profile and management framework;
- Facilitate a sound risk culture.

III. REQUIREMENT:
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience in risk management preferably either in financial institutions (e.g. Insurer/Banks) or from Big 4 background;
- Preferably a degree in Accounting & Finance or other closely related fields;
- Strong knowledge of a variety of reporting procedures, regulations and law.
- Strong written and verbal communication, good interpersonal and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with good planning, time management and critical thinking/ analysis skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent English;
- Highly motivated, ambitious, hardworking who can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively with a hands- on attitude and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
