• By visiting the logistics site and by carefully inspecting the operation on the ground level, we will grasp the cargo-damage risks present and hidden in the operation at the site and will propose ideas for mitigating such risks in future. We combine insights gained by our on-site inspection and by the interviews to logistics managers in our proposals.
